Please give 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Is tipping expected?

Not required, but always appreciated. Most clients tip 18 to 22%, and tips can be given in cash, on card, or via Venmo.

What happens if I'm running late?

Call ahead as soon as you know. Past about 15 minutes, your stylist may need to shorten the service or reschedule depending on the rest of the day's bookings.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

Yes, as long as they're able to stay seated and supervised. Kids booking their own appointment need an accompanying adult present.

Do you handle wedding day styling?

Yes, with advance booking. Trial runs happen in-salon, and day-of styling is typically arranged at the venue or hotel.

Something you won't mind getting slightly damp, since color services involve water and the occasional splash. Skip white. Capes and towels are provided, but a stain-tolerant top is never a bad call.

Cut and style: 60 to 90 minutes. Single process plus cut: 2 to 2.5 hours. Highlights plus cut: 3 to 4 hours. Balayage plus cut: 3 to 4 hours. Color correction: variable, sometimes split across sessions. Exact timing gets confirmed when you book.
